Every winter, many people find themselves dealing with recurring colds, seasonal allergies, joint discomfort, or low energy. They start treating the symptoms only when they experience it.
But what if one of the best times to prepare for winter… is actually during the hottest days of summer?
Join Smart Health TCM for an interactive workshop at the clinic introducing San Fu, a seasonal wellness tradition that’s over 2,000 years old available only during the hottest days of summer. Discover why practitioners have used this once-a-year opportunity for centuries to help support the body’s natural resilience before winter arrives.
During this 60-minute workshop experience, you’ll:
- 🌿 Discover why San Fu is performed only during a few special days each summer and its fascinating history
- 🎁 Interactive activities to develop your TCM knowledge and potentially win wellness prizes
- 🧠Learn acupressure points and other wellness tips you can easily do at home
- 🍵 Experience herbal tea tasting and explore authentic moxa and San Fu materials
- 🩺 Watch a live demonstration of San Fu patch placement (a practitioner consultation and treatment fee are required to receive the therapy) and learn how TCM practitioners evaluate health through pulse diagnosis
Whether you’re completely new to Traditional Chinese Medicine, already interested in holistic wellness, or have already read our San Fu blog, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to experience one of its most celebrated seasonal traditions.
